4. Subscription & Free Access
The Service is currently offered free of charge during the early access period. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future. Existing free subscribers will be notified in advance of any changes to pricing or access.

All content produced by Aheadra — including Signal Briefs, scoring methodology, website design, and copy — is the intellectual property of Stefanie Jürgens and is protected under applicable copyright law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from Aheadra without prior written permission. Sharing individual signals for non-commercial purposes (e.g. social media) is permitted with attribution.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aheadra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any information provided therein.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts competent for 58708 Menden, Germany, to the extent permitted by law.
